Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Candy Items: FREE shipping on orders over $50! Orders under $50 will have standard shipping rates applied.
Soda Items: Shipping fees apply to all soda orders. The shipping cost includes a handling fee to ensure your glass bottles are carefully packaged and protected during transit with extra cushioning and secure packaging materials.

Note: If your order contains both candy and sodas, shipping fees will be calculated based on the items in your cart.

  • Standard Shipping: Available throughout the United States
  • Local Delivery: Available for customers in the Kinston, NC area (minimum order required)
  • Local Pickup: Pick up your order at our location - no shipping fees!

A: Yes! We offer both local pickup and delivery options for customers in the Kinston area. Select your preferred option at checkout.

A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Local delivery is usually completed within 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: What about chocolate shipping during warm weather?
A: During warmer months (May-September), chocolate products may melt during shipping. While we pack carefully, we cannot control transit conditions and are not responsible for melting. Melted chocolate can be refrigerated to resolidify, though texture and appearance may differ. By ordering chocolate during warm weather, you accept this risk.

Q: Are your Swedish candies gluten-free?

Orders & Returns

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
